Training course “Be a citizen! Act for your employability” took place not far from Lille (France) between 10-18th of January. Emir Shevkiev represented Logos at this course.
“It was a real international project because 30 young people represented 14 countries! On the whole one of the best moments of such projects is the possibility to meet and to get to know so many new people from so many countries. During the course we discussed the issue of youth competitiveness and it’s truly an acute question not only for EU but for other countries as well. It’s the case that some of the young people face right after their graduation.
The organizers gave us good opportunities to present our cultures and countries. Besides intercultural evenings we were given the chance to cook our traditional food. So the girls from Ukraine cooked delicious bowl of borsch and I cooked a cauldron of plov 🙂
It is not my first visit to EU countries but nevertheless there were still a lot of new things for me to learn from other participants.”
